While we gather together to share the same sacred space, your journey will be entirely your own. Every experience is unique, shaped by your personal intentions and your willingness to let go and receive.

This ceremony is distinct from typical cacao gatherings because we actively weave in 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙙𝙤𝙬 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠.

𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗻: You will be guided to meet and look closely at what you have been sitting on or hiding from for a long time.

𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆: Deep work can bring up intense emotions, memories, and energy. It requires a readiness to face your shadows, hold space for discomfort, and sit with whatever arises.

𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: Through this process, many participants experience a profound awakening within their physical body, allowing them to reconnect deeply with their inner child and release long-held blockages.

𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗶 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗼: We will work intentionally with sacred, ceremonial-grade 𝘾𝙖𝙘𝙖𝙤 to gently open the heart space, providing the compassionate foundation needed to support us as we face our deeper layers.

𝗦𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 & 𝗦𝗼𝗻𝗴: To help you dive deep into your unique journey, I will be playing the Shamanic drum and various instruments. I will also share 𝙏𝙝𝙖𝙞 𝙢𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙜𝙨 to deeply connect us with the spirit of my motherland we are gathering on.

𝗔 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲: Combining the profound practices of Shamanism with the stillness of meditation, which is my root, this ceremony provides a direct bridge to your own internal silence and presence.

𝗠𝘆 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿: My deepest work is to hold an unconditionally safe, grounded, and stable space for you to explore your inner landscape and navigate the intensity of your shadow work. 

Creating this safe space is my specialty, and I have been holding space for others for over 16 years.

I have been facilitating Cacao Ceremonies since 2016. My path has taken me to study deeply in South America, including Peru and Brazil, where I immersed myself in traditional Shamanic practices. As a Thai medicine woman and an indigenous woman of this country, I weave these global energetic lineages together with the ancestral roots of my own heritage to guide you safely home to yourself.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

To make your journey as comfortable and meaningful as possible, please prepare the following:

𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 & 𝗔𝗻 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁: Bring your presence, your emotional honesty, and a willingness to meet whatever parts of yourself surface.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴: Wear loose, comfortable clothes that allow you to sit and lie down easily.

𝗗𝗶𝗲𝘁: No heavy food for at least 60 minutes before the ceremony.

𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲: Water will be provided, but please bring your own refillable container or bottle to stay hydrated.

𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗜𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀: We will provide yoga mats, but we highly recommend bringing something soft of your own to lay on top of it (like your own cloth or sarong). Having your own personal items helps you hold, contain, and keep your own energy throughout the journey, allowing you to take it back home with you.

𝗦𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗜𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 (𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹): You are welcome to bring a personal sacred item (like a crystal, amulet, or meaningful object) to place on the altar to charge with the energy of the ceremony. Of course, you will take it back home with you afterward.

Through the grounding medicine of Cacao, deep presence, and focused clearing work, supported by the sound of the shamanic drum and the Native American flute, the very rhythm of the heart, you will be guided safely back into your center.
